What Information Do I Need to File A Claim?
- VIN (Vehicle Identification Number) or Customer Registration Number
- Where is the damage located?
- When did you notice the damage?
- What has been attempted to remedy the damage?
- All theft claims must include the date of theft

What is covered under my warranty?

How do I confirm that my warranty is registered with Cal-Tex?

- Customer registration number
- Name
- Date of Purchase
- Name of the dealer where the warranty was purchased
How do I transfer my warranty?
- Please send a letter by mail to Cal-Tex Protective Coatings at 7455 Natural Bridge Caverns Road, Schertz, TX 78154. You may also send an email to warrantyinfo@ctpc.com.

- You will be contacted by a transfer representative within 24-48 hours of the receipt of the letter or email to give you further information on the transfer procedures.
